Rev. 1. 0 . 2 GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XRA1201/120 1P is a 16-bit GPIO expander with an I2 C/SMBus interface. After power-up, the XRA1201 has internal 100K ohm pull-up r esistors on each I/O pin that can be in dividually enabled. The XRA1201P has th e internal pull-up resistors enabled up on power-up in case it is necessary for the inputs to be in a known state. In addition, the GPIOs on the XRA1201/1201 P can individually be controlled and co nfigured. As outputs, the GPIOs can be outputs that are high, low or in three- state mode. Th . |
